The Mattells

My names Barbie, and me and my husband Ken have just moved to a lovely little house in Riverview with the aim to start a family of our own.




Our house set us back a bit, but Ken has just got a job with the Army, and as he is a fitness fanatic, we hope he'll soon be earning a fair amount.

Although people say I look like a 'bimbo', one of my favorite pastimes is playing chess, I hope some other people in this town like it too, because i want to beat them all at it!

But anyway, as Ken already had a job and i didn't, on his first day of work I went for a look around town. I found a communal garden just down the road full of fresh produce for anyone to take! So I helped myself to a few items, the sign said that nobody minds as long as you help towards the upkeep.
But I have some good news. I have just found out that I'm pregnant! Ken is as happy as me and we can't wait to meet our little one!

      Haha, thankyou :D yeah I'm rubbish at choosing surnames, so I usually make a female and marry her to change her name, but when i thought of this, I couldnt miss it ;D I also thought everyone would feel like they knew them already and I tried to make them as much like the dolls in appearance and traits (which will slowly be revealed)

      Haha, I have introduced Shelly, unfortunately she'd not the heir because I rolled for heir :( There may be a few more though ;) I'll see how many I can remember, and if I'm sure there's more, I'll resort to good old google hehe

    Barbie and Ken Mattell! LMAO! I love it! I actually know a couple like that. One of my mom's old college friends is named Barbie and she married a Ken. Yeah, they get teased quite often.

      Haha, aww that's sweet :) I was planning on making the house the same as the official Barbie dollhouse my friend had when we were little, but I couldn't find the plans haha

    Haha, I'm so stupid! I didn't realize about the names and the Barbie theme until I started reading the comments. xD Kinda slow over here I guess. Anyway, I'm looking forward to getting into this legacy! I'll go through it little by little, whenever I have the time. :)
